In 2021, Lipik development and touristic agency Lira d.o.o. established the Artificial Intelligence Center, where the Artificial Intelligence Education Center and the Startup Incubator operate. The educational component refers to training in artificial intelligence, programming, machine learning, quantum technology and other technologies that are necessary for the future. The trainings are conducted by faculty professors and engineers from Croatian technology companies, and, in addition to programming, the training also includes an entrepreneurial module focused on the entrepreneurial skills needed to open a startup.
The incubation program for startups working with programming and artificial intelligence lasts two years and includes strong mentoring support. Several companies are being developed in the incubator, with further growth expected.
The Artificial Intelligence Center within the EDIH provides test before invest, educational, and consulting services.
TBI services include the use of equipment and software in the AI Lab in Lipik, where it is possible to test security, correctness, precision, and other metrics of various solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

Startups have at their disposal the service of the Startup School in Lipik, where in addition to theoretical lectures, they can also receive individual mentoring and technological support. Professional consultations are intended for business development based on innovative digital (AI) solutions, whereby users receive individual plans for planning, developing, and marketing solutions.
