Test before invest
Technological support in the development (scale-up) of the company / Startup school Lipik
Existing micro, small and midsized entrepreneurs can use the service of creating a strategy for the implementation of a new technology, solution or business model. The strategy starts from the current state of the entrepreneur and is based on the possible outcomes of the company’s growth. The process can consist of 2 steps:
- CONFIRMATION OF THE CONCEPT – development of a minimum viable product (MVP), definition of the user segment and verification of the MVP
- PROTOTYPE CREATION – designing prototypes for testing emerging ideas and technologies before entering production, taking into account the potential opportunities offered by small series production.
Brand new companies can use the service of the startup school in Lipik, whose goal is to support the development of startup companies. The school consists of a total of 5 lectures of 2 hours each and 30 hours of individual technological development support from a mentor. The total duration of the school is 40 hours. A condition for participation in the school is an open business entity.
